Edwards is a recognized leader in turning executives into vision leaders and teams into self-organized, self-managed units focused on the successful achievement of organizational goals. For over 10 years, Angela has navigated the difficult challenges of organizational change and rallying staff behind a vision and aggressive goals.  She understands how to achieve meaningful, successful individual and organization-wide change.

In 2007, Castle Thunder Technologies was formed by Angela to provide consulting solutions to those seeking to transform their organization.  Castle Thunder Technologies also offers project and program management services, vision alignment assessments, and leadership development training. Before founding Castle Thunder Technologies, Angela held management positions with several area businesses.  There she gained functional experience in program and project management, strategic planning, operations, business development, organizational training and development, and change management.

Angela graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  She also earned multiple graduate degrees, a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Technology, from Strayer University.  Her professional certifications include the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt.

Angela is an active member of the Project Management Institute (Central Virginia Chapter), US Figure Skating, and Toastmasters International.  She lives in the Richmond area with her husband and Labrador Retrievers.  When she’s not assisting executives with leading effective organizational change, Angela is most likely to be found figure skating at the local ice rink.
